Olden Property provides independent secured lending valuations across London and the South East, acting for private banks, specialist lenders, brokers and borrowers. All reports are prepared by a RICS Registered Valuer in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (“Red Book”), ensuring they are suitable for lending and credit approval purposes.

Our Niche

We specialise in valuations for private banks, brokers and lenders dealing with mixed-use and complex assets.

This typically includes properties that fall outside standard residential lending criteria, where a more considered approach is required to assess value and risk. These assets often involve multiple income streams, non-standard tenures or elements of development, and require valuation advice that reflects their real-world market position.

· Inspection: typically within 2–5 working days

· Report delivery: usually 3–5 working days from inspection

Timescales can be adjusted depending on the nature and complexity of the property.
